Fenerbahce plot audacious Rashford swoop from Manchester United

The Turkish outfit are ready to commit significant resources to the deal, according to The Sun. Rashford's potential departure would mark a dramatic turn—the England forward has been a cornerstone of United's attack for years, though he has faced scrutiny over consistency and form in recent seasons.

A transfer to Fenerbahce would represent a notable shift in Rashford's career trajectory. Turkish football has increasingly attracted high-profile players in recent transfer windows, yet landing a player of Rashford's stature would be a significant coup for the Super Lig side.

The timing of the interest comes as United continue their own summer planning. Whether Erik ten Hag's side would countenance selling one of their most recognisable assets remains unclear, but Fenerbahce's willingness to "break the bank" suggests they see the forward as a genuine target worth pursuing aggressively.

Other notable transfer activity continues across the Premier League: Newcastle have rejected Arsenal's £75m opening bid for Bruno Guimaraes, whilst Chelsea field multiple enquiries about Mykhailo Mudryk following his return to action. Liverpool have ruled out selling Cody Gakpo despite Tottenham's interest.
